Frozen everywhere.
The canal and Lake Carnegie were completely icy.
Although a handy man of my apt. told me that
people could ice skating there if you see a red flag, I wasn't
sure about it.
I tried to throw a piece of twig on the surface of the canal to
just make sure if it's really frozen.
Then it didn't go under and slipped far away, which means the surface of canal
is frozen.
Wow! big fun!
